On a hike with Skywatcher/UFO Hunter Jeff Willes in the mountains around Phoenix, we film anomalous lights to the west, over Phoenix Airport. Jeff calls Luke Air Force base for answers. They state there were no flairs dropped on that evening. We take a look at Jeff's latest footage which clearly shows strange activity over the rooftops of the Phoenix-Glendale area in some of the best footage he's ever shot.

Phoenix is undoubtedly a UFO hot spot and Jeff has been videotaping anomalous activity for years. The question is, what is going on? If the military is performing tests for secret projects, why drop blazing flairs and perform maneuvers over residential areas? Why not simply perform them over military bases? If the famous Phoenix Lights event of 1997 was flairs, who made the decision to drop fire over flammable private homes? What is the point of such a military exercise?

On the other hand, if the UFO activity is extraterrestrial, what is their interest in Phoenix? And why such public display?
