Synopsis:

In this clip we visit skywatcher Josh R. to investigate more strange lights over Phoenix. Josh has spent a considerable amount of time studying and recording the lights. The bright orb-like lights seem to hang in the air without smoke, and often appear in groups of three. The faster lights appear only for a very brief period of time and in rapid succession. Although we admit they could be flairs, one must admit these are no average flairs, and Josh seems certain that they are not flairs.
